Vandals Go 2-1 in Missoula

The Vandals traveled to Missoula this past weekend and won two out of three of their games! The team kicked off the tournament at 8am with a game against our home state rivals, the Boise State Broncos. The Vandals fell to the Broncos 4 to 10 in the morning game. They quickly rebounded in the afternoon winning 7 to 6 against the Montana State Bobcats. The Vandals got revenge in the evening game beating the Broncos 4 to 3. The team headed home on a snowy Sunday morning after a fulfilling weekend!

Coach Raichl was very pleased with the outcome of the weekend. He was especially impressed and proud of the new recruits and young men on the team. Daniel Skelton, or "Offensive Dan", went home with the first ever Weekly Vandal Battle award (pictured below) for his performance in the tournament.

Despite having low numbers (11 players in the last game), the team battled and showed everyone what Vandal Lacrosse was all about! We can't wait for the Spring season!
